What Is ETF
An exchange traded fund (ETF) is an investment instrument that tracks the performance of an asset or a group of assets that may include indices, commodities, bonds, and other assets. When you trade ETFs in the form of CFDs with JQL Markets, you are not actually purchasing the specific ETF, but rather investing in its price.
For example, the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) tracks the performance of the S&P 500 index while the SPDR Gold Shares (GLD) tracks the performance of gold.
